2025 Pell City Municipal Election Guide
The City of Pell City is preparing for its upcoming Municipal Election for City Council – District 3 on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. This guide provides essential information for residents on voting, absentee ballots, and key dates to ensure everyone can participate effectively in shaping our community’s future.
Please see below for maps of District 3. If you are not a resident of District 3, you will not be able to vote in the 2025 election.

- Election Day: Tuesday, August 26, 2025
- Polling Location: Cropwell Baptist Church Family Life Center (2700 Hardwick Road, Cropwell, AL 35054)
- Poll Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Voter Eligibility & Registration
To vote in the Municipal Election:
- You must reside within District 3 Pell City Limits for at least 30 days prior to the election (by July 27, 2025).
- You must be a registered voter at least 14 days prior to the election (by August 11, 2025).
- If you have moved or changed your name, you must update your voter information by the August 11th deadline.

- In Person: Obtain forms at the St. Clair County Board of Registrars.
Absentee Voting
If you are unable to attend the polls on Election Day, you may be eligible to vote by absentee ballot.

Additional Resources
Judges, Law Enforcement Officers, Legislators: Federal or State Prosecutors; Federal, State, Probate, or Municipal Judges; Law Enforcement Officers; State Legislators, or their spouses, can submit a specific affirmation form to protect their voter information from public access.
Cancel Voter Registration (Alabama): If you no longer wish to be registered to vote in Alabama, download the NVRA-25 form, complete it, sign it, and mail it to the Board of Registrars of the county where you are registered.
Report Deceased/Moved Voter: If a family member has passed away or no longer lives at the registered address, download the NVRA-24 form, complete it, sign it, and mail it to the Board of Registrars of the county where they were last registered.
Voter Rights Restoration (Felony Disqualification): For information on restoring voting rights after a disqualifying felony, visit paroles.alabama.gov or contact the Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles at (334) 242-8700.
