Building Inspections and Permitting
You may email your completed permit application along with all required documents (i.e., state certifications, building plans, site plans, civil plans, etc.) to the Planning & Zoning Department at inspections@pellcity.gov.

- Residential: $5 per $1,000 plus a $10 issuance fee
- Commercial: $6 per $1,000 plus a $10 issuance fee
Re-inspection Fees
- 1st Re-Inspection: $25
- 2nd Re-Inspection: $50
- 3rd Re-Inspection: $75

- Erosion control, such as sod or seed and hay, must be in place before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued
All failed inspections will result in re-inspection fees, which must be paid in full before scheduling a final inspection.
