Utility Department
The Utility Department is responsible for the maintenance and expansion of Pell City’s water and sewer infrastructure. This includes repairing existing lines and installing new ones to provide service and fire protection for newly annexed areas. Department personnel are available 24 hours a day for emergency repairs to the City's water and sewer lines.
The Dye Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 1680 Golf Course Road, treats all wastewater from the City. The department also maintains the City’s wells and pumping stations.
